Butternut Squash Purée
An old classic favourite dish for young and old is Butternut Squash purée. It’s delicious, filling and simple to make.

INGREDIENT LIST:
- 1 medium sized butternut pumpkin
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- AGE: 4 to 6 months
RECIPE
- Start by chopping the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds
- Cut into small 1cm cubes and remove the skin.
- Place the pieces in the Babycook steamer basket with a teaspoon of butter for creaminess.
- Put water in tank, level 1 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Allow to cool down and then serve.
